Probably, the best free, "simple" lightweight UML Tool with an eclipse plugin, I've ever used and would recommend.
How many times were you working at a client place who did not have an official UML Tool in their enterprise and you need one to draw a simple use case analysis diagram ...

I found an interesting plugin today: Metrics for Eclipse. It says the plugin is for Eclipse 3.1, but I'm using it with 3.2 and MyEclipse.
The plugin gives you, among other things;
Number of lines of code by package/project/class
Number of methods
Weighted methods per Class
Lack of Cohesion Methods

Trac kills XPlanner.
Trac has more functionality. Trac has plugins and is easy to customize. Trac provides extensive reporting capabilities out of the box. Trac is more intuitive.

For anyone who finds Norton Antivirus to be slow and a resource hog, I'd recommend NOD32 for firewall and antivirus protection. It loads much more quickly, and has won some awards I guess. Plus, it's got this cool eye logo that reminds me of Star Trek or something:
